Artist’s Fee

The artist's fee is €90 per day per person, i.e. €360 for the 4-day course.

This sum will be paid either on arrival or in advance, depending on the artist's choice. You'll find all the details in the workshop description.

This sum does not include the price of accommodation. It is not possible to follow the course without staying with the group.

Accommodation price in shared room with breakfast:

75 € per day and per person,

i.e. 300 € for the 4 days.

In total:  Artist's fee + Accommodation = 660 €

 

 The price includes:

• classes with the chosen artist, 4 days from Monday to Thursday inclusive

• Breakfast

• Access to the workshop 24 hours a day 

• accommodation in a shared double room, with shower room with WC 

• Shower towels

• Wi-Fi connection

You will share your room with an intern. If you wish to share your room with an acquaintance who is taking part in the course, please contact us.

  The price does not include:

• transport (but we can pick you up for free at Rennes train station or airport)

• meals, with the exception of breakfasts.

• alcoholic beverages 

• the personal art material (paper, paint, brushes) that you will have to take with you, according to the list communicated by the artist; Some items will be available for sale on site in case you need them (papers, colours, brushes...etc).

Payment of the deposit:

A deposit of 300€ validates your reservation. This must be paid when you register on the website.

The balance, which is the artist's service 360€ remains to be paid on the day of your arrival directly to the artist.

 

In case of cancellation

 

Cancellation by us:

The course can only take place if it is full (9 participants). Otherwise, we will be forced to cancel it and we will contact you by telephone. If you were unable to take another internship date, all of your payments would be refunded to you. Be careful to choose a mode of transport with the possibility of reimbursement in case of cancellation. No indemnity or compensation would be due by ARTS SOLIDAIRES association. Of course, we will do everything to ensure that such an eventuality never occurs!

 

Cancellation by you:

If you cancel at least 2 months before the start of the course, we will refund the full amount or keep your deposit for another date. Please contact us.

If you cancel less than 2 months before the start of the course, your entire payment will be forfeited.
